Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Request an Exchange

Please keep the following details ready while submitting your request:

• Order Number

• Registered Mobile Number

• Reason for Exchange

• Product Images (if required)

Our support team will review the request and contact you regarding the next steps.

Exchange Shipping Charges

• Customers are required to bear 50% of the logistics cost for exchange requests.

• The applicable exchange charge will be communicated before processing the exchange.

Exchange Approval

• Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the WovenWhale support team.

• Products received in used, washed, damaged, altered, or non-resalable condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

As a small independent fashion brand, we generally do not offer returns for reasons such as size preference, color preference, change of mind, or personal liking.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Manufacturing defect

• Product substantially different from what was ordered

Return Request Timeline

• Return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or exchange approval.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must:

• Be unused and unwashed

• Have original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging

• Pass quality inspection upon receipt

Products failing quality checks may not be eligible for return approval.

Store Credit & Coupon Policy

For approved return cases:

• Refunds may be issued in the form of Store Credit or Coupon Code.

• A nominal processing and logistics deduction may apply before issuing the final store credit value.

• Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

Reverse Pickup

• Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceability in the customer’s location.

• In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags

• Products damaged after delivery

• Products returned without prior approval

• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Timeline

Where a monetary refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
