Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you. Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking link.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Failed Deliveries & RTO
If a customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts or refuses delivery, the order may be marked as Return-To-Origin (RTO).
For prepaid orders returned due to customer unavailability, a store credit may be issued after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Product received
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
